Bank of New Hampshire is seeking experienced candidates for the position of Wealth Management Client Support Specialist!
Position Overview:
This position reports to the SVP & Senior Wealth Management Officer. This dynamic role is responsible for the daily data processing and posting of various customer trust account activity and file maintenance information into the trust accounting system. The successful candidate will provide existing and prospective clients proper guidance and direction with regards to our BNH products and services. The Client Support Specialist provides administrative support services to assigned Wealth Management department personnel. Support will include (but is not limited to) assisting with the administration of accounts and scheduling client appointments. The incumbent will have direct contact with clients, attorneys, accountants and other professionals. Build strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients through providing quality service and becoming a trusted resource.
Education & Experience:
Our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office and the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all manners. You will also have the ability to arrive at sound business decisions and to be able to problem solve. He/she will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and must have superior customer service skills.
Other requirements include two or more years of experience in banking or related position in sales and/or business development.
An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent working experience is preferred.

Salary to commensurate based upon experience. This is an in-office position with no remote work option.
