Job Title: Director of Clinical Services and Professional Education (DCSPE)
Location: Beverly, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time - On Site
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000/year
Schedule: The work schedule and hours are approximately 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri, but may be occasionally affected by program needs. There will be times when training or other special needs will occur outside of the program schedule.
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Clinical Services and Professional Education (DCSPE) to join their senior leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing program development, monitoring service quality across all locations, and ensuring individuals served receive the highest standard of care. The DCSPE provides leadership, supervision, and mentoring for staff in the Graduate ABA Program and the RBT Program while supporting the agency's mission through strategic planning and implementation. This position requires occasional travel to our Florida division in Jacksonville (1 to 2 times a year).
Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Staff Development:

Supervise, mentor, and provide oversight to staff in the Graduate ABA and RBT programs.

Track progress and development of program staff.

Implement agency policies and participate in strategic planning to support a 3-5 year growth plan.

Collaborate with leadership to develop accountability systems and monitor quality across programs.

Engage in professional development and self-evaluation to meet ongoing goals.
Clinical Oversight:

Initiate, monitor, and maintain clinical systems to ensure regulatory compliance.

Develop and monitor clinical programs and behavior management plans for all individuals served.

Collaborate with ancillary services (Health, Psychiatry) as needed for comprehensive care.

Design, monitor, and adjust behavior data collection systems agency-wide.

Participate in intake, discharge, and support planning; attend ISP/IEP and other relevant meetings.

Coordinate and supervise internal quarterly Case Reviews.

Oversee protective hold training and regulatory compliance.

Provide coverage during BCBA staff transitions to ensure continuity of care.
External Relations:

Promote the agency's mission and maintain its reputation within the community.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies.

Serve as main liaison with the Graduate Program for Applied Behavior Analysis.
Qualifications:
-
Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or Behavior Analysis. BCBA required.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA, providing supervision in a Graduate ABA program.

Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with ASD.

Experience in change management, strategic planning, financial management, and organizational growth.

DDS experience preferred.

Excellent communication and staff training skills.

Familiarity with Massachusetts community-based systems is a plus.

Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Maintain certifications/licenses: Safety Care, BCBA.
