We’re lookingfor a Maintenance Technician in Norton, MA to take charge of the upkeep andenhancement of our community spaces, from rental units and common areas togrounds and parking lots.
Must have own transportation
Shift:8-hour shift, M-F & on-call. You will follow a set schedule pattern, withany changes communicated by your supervisor. Flexibility and adaptability areneeded.

As aMaintenance Technician you will:
- Keep our properties in top shape, handling everything from painting and lawn care to electrical work and snow removal.
- Ensure newly vacated apartments are ready for the next resident with thorough ‘turnover’ maintenance.
- Regularly assess the property, proactively addressing maintenance concerns and collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor on solutions.
- Oversee vendor work as needed and safely operate power tools and equipment.

Experience Required for Your Success
What WeAre Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required; CAMT certification is a plus.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience with general knowledge in electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to professionalism and respect for our residents.
- Flexibility to handle after-hours maintenance calls and participate in the on-call rotation.
