Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits
- Ensure company vehicle fleet is in safe operable conditions
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, and customers
- Process and manage incoming shipments, including receiving in ERP system and labeling of products
- Prepare outgoing shipping documentation
- Maintain organizational systems within the warehouse
- Monitor and manage warehouse supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and in good working condition
- Comply with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- File and organize job folders for cabinet production.
- Enter purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
- Update the production log with completion dates (MRDs) and build dates for parts orders.
- Mark completed orders on the production log and move them from the active tab to the completed tab.
- Import commercial jobs into cabinet tracking software.
- Record mill dates on job folders.
- Print all receiving paperwork and labels for incoming deliveries.
- Maintain and answer the department's customer service email account.
- Move completed orders to the warehouse receiving log.
- Provide front desk coverage during lunch breaks or as needed.
Qualifications
- Have a strong working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, inventory management software)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.), as required
