We are a friendly and fast-growing Insurance Agency looking for a Customer Service & Office Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a supportive environment this could be a good fit for you.
What you will do:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions
- Create and prepare insurance documents
- Assist with claims and gather information for quotes
- Process customer payments
- Provide general office support as needed
- Handle daily office tasks: filing, organizing documents, opening mail, etc.
What we are looking for:
- Prior office experience
- Comfortable using computers and leaning new software
- Prior Customer Service experience required
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail a must
- Friendly personality and a problem-solver mindset
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Bilingual: Portuguese or Spanish + English required
