Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented HVAC Services Dispatcher to join our growing team. As the vital link between our customers and technicians, you will manage scheduling, dispatch service calls, and ensure seamless coordination of day-to-day field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians to customer locations
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional, courteous manner
· Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and technician availability
· Prioritize urgent/emergency calls and adjust scheduling as needed
· Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and management
· Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up
Requirements:
Qualifications:
· Previous dispatch, customer service, or HVAC office experience preferred
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Proficiency with using FieldEdge scheduling software and Microsoft Office
· Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset
· High school diploma or equivalent
