The Big Task
You will accurately and efficiently provide sales leadership and analytical insight to all types of heating and air equipment in our customer's homes.

Role Summary

The Area Sales Manager leads HVAC sales performance across multiple branch locations, coaching in-home sales teams and partnering with operations to drive revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction. This is a field-focused leadership role with regular travel throughout ME, NH, and NJ. This role can be remote; however, it will require onsite visits to all four business locations in the northeast region with at least 1 visit per site per month.

Work Location:

This role may be based on site near one of our four locations (Manchester, NH; Biddeford, ME; Brick, NJ; or Sparta, NJ). Hybrid or remote arrangements may be considered based on role requirements and candidate qualifications. Regardless of work arrangement, periodic onsite visits to all four locations will be required for trainings and sales professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach HVAC sales teams across assigned branches
  • Drive achievement of revenue, conversion, and margin targets
  • Conduct sales training, and performance coaching
  • Execute regional sales initiatives and pricing strategies
  • Analyze sales KPIs and provide performance reporting
  • Partner with Branch Managers, Operations, and Marketing

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of sales management experience
  • Some knowledge of residential HVAC replacement sales (a nice to have)
  • Proven coaching and performance management skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly across ME, NH, and NJ
  • Valid driver's license
  • Comfort Advisor or In-Home Sales Manager background (nice to have)
  • CRM and sales analytics experience

Compensation

  • Performance sales based (150K + per year)
  • Company Vehicle or vehicle allowance
