Education / Experience Required:

High School graduate or equivalent

Prior experience as an Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable Clerk.

At least 18 years of age



Position Summary: Under the direction of the General Manager, process

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions, assist with month-end

close activities, greet visitors and handle inbound telephone calls to the general

phone number.


Essential Job Functions:

A/R Process sales invoices and credits. Proactive collection activities as

needed. Work with Customer Accounts Payable contacts to clean up / correct

balances and expedite payments.


A/P Process purchase order invoices, vouchers and supplier payments. Work

with internal stakeholders to ensure proper paperwork trail, payment

authorizations and processing of packing slips.


Banking Run daily activity report. Process remote deposits of customer

payments. Prepare positive pay file. Initiate wire transfers. Clear checks in EVO

as they clear the bank. Reconcile bank statements.


Admin Greet visitors and assist with sign-ins and PPE distribution. Answer

inbound phone calls. Process inbound and outbound mail. Maintain office supply

inventory and restock as needed.



Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

Experience with computer-based accounting and manufacturing systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

Excellent communication skills

Fluent in English
