Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Strong background in behavioral interventions and support.
- Experience working with early childhood populations, particularly in inclusive settings.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with paraprofessionals and support staff.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Create a structured and supportive classroom environment tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with paraprofessionals to facilitate learning and positive behavior.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
- Engage with families to discuss student development and strategies for support.
