Looking to grow your HR career while supporting those who protect and serve? Adecco is currently supporting a defense manufacturer in the Portsmouth, NH area with their search for a qualified HR Coordinator! This is a temp-to-hire position offering great benefits and incentives!
Schedule:Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM - Fully Onsite, Not RemoteWhat You’ll Do:
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Assist with benefits administration and help employees with questions
- Support hiring efforts: post jobs, review candidates, schedule interviews, and onboard new hires
- Lead new hire orientations and ensure a smooth start for every employee
- Help organize performance reviews and other HR programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and support day-to-day HR administration
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of HR, payroll, or benefits experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a Team
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Experience with ADP or HRIS systems a MAJOR plus

Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
