About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and experienced in coordinating complex calendars, meetings, and both domestic and international travel arrangements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders.
  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across time zones.
  • Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence, presentations, and confidential documents.
  • Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and special projects.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced organization.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars and coordinating global travel logistics.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
