What You'll Do (The Role)
You are the backbone of our kitchen, ensuring our chefs and servers have the tools they need to succeed. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning & Sanitation: Efficiently scraping, washing, rinsing, and sanitizing all dishware, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Organization: Keeping the dish station clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Support: Assisting the kitchen team with basic food prep (like washing vegetables) and maintaining clean floors and common areas.
- Trash Management: Breaking down boxes, emptying trash receptacles, and moving waste to the disposal area.
- Safety: Strictly adhering to all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
