We take care of lawn care, plowing, repairs, maintenance, plumbing, manage your property and tenants. We are a full- service property management company with one goal. To make your life worry free by taking care of your property.

We are looking for an Individual who can: 
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot problems at rental properties</li>
<li>Has the experience and the skills to work with a team renovating kitchens, bathrooms, painting and installing floors.</li>
<li>Can work independently as well as on a team</li>
<li>Can be on call 2 weeks per month - on call rate $30/hour</li>
</ul>
We are looking for an individual that has the following skills: 
<ul>
<li>Is a GREAT team player and lives by the mantra respect for the individual</li>
<li>Has great customer service skills</li>
<li>Must have own tools and willing to use them</li>
<li>Must have own vehicle</li>
<li>Must have a clean driving record - there will be access to a company vehicle</li>
