Our Casual Package Delivery Drivers are the heartbeat of UPS. They drive our iconic brown trucks, bringing joy and convenience to our customers with every package delivered. If you love fast-paced work and the great outdoors, this is the job for you!
What You’ll Do:
As a Delivery Route Driver, you’ll be responsible for:
- Safely operating delivery vehicles to transport packages.
- Providing excellent customer service with every interaction.
- Complying with company standards and safety regulations.
- Staying physically active while lifting packages up to 70 lbs.
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, varies by state).
- To pass the DOT physical.
- Strong customer service and driving skills.
- The legal right to work in the U.S.
- To adhere to UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.
Working Conditions:
As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you’ll work:
- 8 to 10 hours per day.
- Flexible workdays, typically Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday, based on business needs.

Note: This is a seasonal role, which can lead to permanent positions with even more benefits! Full-time delivery drivers enjoy an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including:
- $0 healthcare premiums.
- Up to seven weeks of paid vacation.

- Contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan.
