Our Casual Package Delivery Drivers are the heartbeat of UPS. They drive our iconic brown trucks, bringing joy and convenience to our customers. If you love being active, working in a fast-paced environment, and driving, this role is perfect for you!
Your Responsibilities
As a Casual Package Delivery Driver, you will:
- Safely operate delivery trucks to transport packages of various sizes.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a smile.
- Lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
- Adhere to UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.
What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, license type varies by state).
- The ability to pass a DOT physical.
- Strong customer service and driving skills.
- The legal right to work in the U.S.
Working Conditions
As a full-time Casual Package Delivery Driver, you can expect:
- Workdays that vary between Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday.
- Shifts lasting between eight to ten hours.

Note: This is a seasonal role, but it’s a fantastic way to start your journey with UPS. Permanent drivers enjoy an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including healthcare benefits, paid vacation, and contributions to a pension plan.
