LIVE-IN Overnight House Manager for WOMEN'S (Only) Sober Living

Job DescriptionStudio apartment in lieu of compensation (NO PAY).
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Women's Only Overnight House Manager to join our team at our womens sober house. The Overnight House Manager will play a crucial role in assisting women recovering from substance use disorders and/or mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will provide guidance, encouragement, and practical support. This is not a paid position. Compensation is in the form of room and board; a free studio.

Responsibilities

• Administer drug screenings as needed.
• Intervene during crises or emergencies to provide immediate support and facilitate appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years of continuous sobriety.
• Understanding of recovery and trauma principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to supporting clients.
• Available to work Monday - Sunday 9/10pm to 7am. This is not a wake overnight position
