We’re seeking a Lead Technician/Foreman who delivers strong leadership and produces impeccable craftsmanship, offering a salary up to $93K per year.

Who We’re Looking For

An experienced Commercial Low Voltage Security Lead Technician with strong hands-on skills in access control, IP CCTV, Cat6/fiber, and proven leadership on commercial job sites. The ideal candidate thrives in fast paced field environments, leads technicians effectively, and excels in installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of advanced security systems.

What You’ll Do

· Lead installation, service, testing, and commissioning of: Access Control Systems and AV, CCTV / Video Surveillance

· Read and interpret access control drawings, risers, scopes of work, and door hardware schedules

· Supervise and mentor technicians and subcontractors

· Configure and program security systems (LenelS2, Genetec, Avigilon, etc.)

· Work directly with customers, GCs, and other trades to keep projects on track

· Ensure installations meet manufacturer standards, building codes, and safety regulations

· Complete documentation, reports, redlines, and daily progress updates

· Maintain OSHA compliant job site safety practices

Required Qualifications:

· 5+ years of hands-on commercial low-voltage security experience

· 1–2+ years leading or supervising technicians

· Strong knowledge of access control and IP CCTV

· Ability to terminate, test, and troubleshoot Cat6/Cat6A and fiber

· Experience reading construction plans and door hardware schedules

· Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

· Certifications (Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, Honeywell, etc.)

· NICET, OSHA 10/30

· Experience with industrial or multi-site environments

Compensation & Job Details

· Up to $93,000 (competitive and based on experience)
