We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Agent Team Member to join our State Farm office. In this role, you will support the agent by providing exceptional customer service, managing daily office operations, and assisting clients with their insurance and financial needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phones, schedule appointments
- Process insurance applications, policy changes, and claims documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and data entry
- Support marketing and community outreach efforts
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Collaborate with the team to achieve office goals and provide excellent customer service
- Actively promote and sell State Farm Insurance products and financial services
- Follow up with leads and referrals to build and maintain client relationships
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales, insurance, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus
- Property and Casualty license and Life, Accident, and Health license recommended, or willingness to obtain prior to start date
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality
- Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently to meet sales goals
This is a sales-driven position, where you will actively engage with clients to identify their insurance and financial service needs and provide tailored solutions. Success in this role depends on your ability to build relationships, educate customers on products, and help grow the business through effective sales strategies and follow-up.
