Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a casual or fast-paced restaurant setting
- A team-oriented leader who sets the tone for great service and teamwork
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and shift execution
- Lead and support team members with training, feedback, and motivation
- Ensure consistent, high-quality food and service standards
- Handle scheduling, labor management, and basic cost controls
- Create a positive guest experience and resolve any issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams on menu updates and special promotions
- Communicate clearly with staff, vendors, and leadership
Technical Skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with POS and restaurant management systems is a plus
