Power-Flo Technologies New England is a northeast supplier of automation, sensing, and electric heating products. We are opening a Massachusetts branch and looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join the team. This role combines customer-facing inside sales with hands-on warehouse responsibilities, offering variety and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Whitinsville, MA
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site position. Schedules are between 7:00am to 5:00pm.

Inside Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting customers, outside sales, internal operations, and suppliers in all aspects of the pre-sale and post-sale processes
- Create sales quotes and follow up with customers to close orders
- Develop relationships with existing customers and new sales leads
- Reaching out to customers on an as needed basis to inquire about potential future needs
- Increase sales by generating new customers and selling additional products to existing customers
- Always provide best in class customer service to our customers
- Continued education - vendor training and product knowledge
- Process product returns, according to company procedure, assuring that all documentation is collected.
- Assist in maintaining the counter and product display area ensuring a safe, clean, and orderly environment.
- Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving (as needed), organizing etc.
- Ensure that orders leaving the warehouse are checked and accompanied by the appropriate documentation.
- Maintain a clean Driver's License to operate company vehicles (as needed)
Inside Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Previous experience in counter sales/inside sales and customer service
- Warehouse knowledge – experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory handling
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Epicor Solar Eclipse software experience a plus
- A valid and clean driver's license to travel to local vendors as needed
