Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and caregivers regarding student development and progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and IEP documentation.
Qualifications:
- Massachusetts DESE Certified Special Education Teacher.
- Strong understanding of various disabilities and tailored instructional strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
