What You’ll Do:
As a driver, you’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering packages safely and efficiently to various locations.
- Engaging with customers and providing top-notch service.
- Adhering to company guidelines and safety standards.
What It Takes to Succeed:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, varies by state).
- To pass the DOT physical.
- Excellent customer service and driving skills.
- The legal right to work in the U.S.
- To comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.
Working Conditions:
As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you’ll work 8 to 10 hours per day. Your workdays may vary between:
- Monday - Friday
- Tuesday - Saturday

*This is a seasonal role. Starting here could lead to a permanent position with even more benefits! Permanent drivers enjoy an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including:
- $0 healthcare premiums
- Up to seven weeks of paid vacation
- Paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days
- Contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan
