Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district in Revere, MA, is seeking a skilled School Psychologist to support their elementary school on a leave replacement contract. This position is ideal for professionals who can provide timely psychological services and interventions to students from ASAP through March 22, with the possibility of extending through June. Part-time availability is acceptable for this role.

Responsibilities include conducting student assessments, collaborating with educators and families, developing intervention plans, and supporting students social-emotional well-being. The psychologist will play a vital role in the evaluation process, contributing valuable insights to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and assisting in developing strategies to promote student success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students in educational settings
  • Ability to perform psychoeducational evaluations and use data-driven decision making
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals
  • Knowledge of special education laws and procedures
