Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Hourly, overtime, Performance Bonuses
Hours: 35–50 per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – ~4:00 PM Occasional Saturdays

Do you have experience with epoxies, polyureas, or any other concrete coatings? We work with the very best in materials and provide detailed training and certification to ensure amazing results that you can be proud of.
We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Crew Leader to manage on-site installations, supervise team members, and deliver exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction on every project.
What You’ll Do

Lead your own 2–3 person crew in preparing, installing, and finishing residential and commercial concrete coating projects

Ensure every job is completed to our high standards and on schedule

Communicate clearly with customers and represent the company professionally on job sites

Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and direction to installation assistants

Maintain accurate job site records and report issues to management as needed

Uphold safety standards and ensure proper use of tools and materials
You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have 2+ years of experience leading crews in construction, flooring, painting, or similar trades
-
Take pride in producing high-quality, detail-oriented work
-
Can lift 50–100 lbs regularly and thrive in a physical work environment

Are a clear communicator and natural team motivator

Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver’s license

Can pass a background check

Are reliable, punctual, and ready to grow with a fast-moving company

Starting pay: $25–$32/hr based on experience

Annual income potential: $55,000–$80,000+

Full-time availability Monday–Friday (some Saturdays as needed)

Must arrive at our Tyngsborough, MA shop by 7:00 AM daily
