The Spa Receptionist will be the primary point of contact for spa guests, greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, overseeing the front desk, and providing information about spa services and products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Address client inquiries regarding spa services, treatments, packages, and promotions.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide tours of the spa facility and assist with check-in procedures.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for spa treatments and services.
  • Confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of client appointments and preferences.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of client transactions.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and selling spa products.

EDUCATION & SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Flexible schedule to meet the operational demands of the spa, including night and weekend shifts
  • Prior experience working in a spa or wellness center preferred.
