Program Manager- in LUK’s Residential Services oversee all aspects of the assigned community residential setting for children/youth/young people to ensure consistent, high quality trauma-informed care for residents. This position must develop a thorough understanding of the program’s treatment and behavioral management models, as well as the agency’s mission and vision. The Program Manager ensures that staff support and promote the overall safety, permanency, and well-being of the residents, while adhering to agency, funder, and licenser expectations. This position ensures client-specific treatment plans are implemented and accurately documented. Program Managers also attend to human resource and budgetary concerns. They participate in hiring and termination decisions, provide training, supervise staff, and facilitate staff meetings. This position also practices good fiscal management and documentation of expenses.
The qualified candidate will preferably have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or closely related field. They must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a nonprofit. Excellent communication and computer skills required. Valid driver’s license, reliable and safe transportation required.
This is a full-time position located in North Central Massachusetts. Work will take place within the therapeutic milieu and will include community-based travel. Work schedule must accommodate the needs of the youth/family. Bilingual/bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply.
