Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Paraprofessionals for full-time opportunities within respected school districts in the Framingham, MA area. We are seeking dedicated education professionals who are passionate about supporting students and contributing to a collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed teachers in classroom instruction and behavior management

• Provide one-on-one or small group student support, including academic reinforcement and accommodations

• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, lunchrooms, and recess

• Maintain accurate records and communicate student progress with the teaching team

• Support classroom organization and preparation of materials

Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet Massachusetts state and local requirements for Paraprofessionals, including:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Completion of the Paraprofessional Assessment or 48 college credit hours (or an associates degree)

• Background check and fingerprint clearance through the Massachusetts Department of Education

• Prior experience working in an educational or child development setting preferred
