Adecco Staffing is partnering with a well-established manufacturing facility in Milford, NH to hire a Temporary Data Entry Clerk. This full-time temporary position runs from October 2025 through January 2026, with the potential for extension depending on workload.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary (with possibility of extension)
Pay Range: $22 – $25/hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Onsite) Flexible on hours

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to support our client’s team with accurate data input and record management. The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and spreadsheets
  • Verify and correct information to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Prepare and organize Excel-based reports for internal teams
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data validation)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to type efficiently and manage large volumes of data
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
