Responsibilities
- Follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily warehouse tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare, package, and label materials or products for shipment.
- Perform visual quality checks to ensure items meet company standards.
- Use basic measuring tools and equipment to verify product dimensions when needed.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, and maintaining clean work areas.
- Support production and shipping teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to improve processes or workflow efficiency.
Essential Skills
- Basic inspection and quality-checking abilities
- General production or warehouse experience (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with basic tools such as calipers, micrometers, or measuring devices
- Ability to read simple work instructions or production documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues

Shift & Pay Range:
1st: 7am-3:30pm
2nd: 3:30m-12am
3rd: 9pm-8am
$17.50-$19.60

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.90 - $18.90/hr.
