Key Responsibilities:
Drive New Business: Identify, develop, and secure new OEM business opportunities across targeted industries.
Tailored Solutions: Understand customer requirements and provide customized technical solutions utilizing Aspen Systems' products, including liquid chillers, ruggedized air cooling systems, and compact thermal management solutions.
Customer Qualification: Evaluate and qualify prospective customers, both technically and commercially, to optimize sales opportunities.
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the engineering team to translate customer needs into optimized product offerings.
Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process, from lead qualification and nurturing to closing and post-sales support.
Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline for revenue forecasting and business planning.
Industry Engagement: Represent Aspen Systems at client meetings, site visits, and industry events to build relationships and promote the brand.
Requirements:Required Skills and Experience:
Industry Expertise: 5+ years of technical B2B sales experience, ideally in the thermal engineering, cooling, or industrial equipment sectors.
Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of thermal management principles and applications, including chillers and cooling system technologies.
Effective Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Sales Excellence: Proven track record of managing and closing high-value accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple accounts and opportunities, with a structured approach to moving deals through sales phases to closure.
Tech Savvy: Experience managing contacts and opportunities in a CRM system.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Organized and goal driven.
