What You’ll Be Doing
As a Casual Package Delivery Driver, you’ll:
- Drive our iconic brown trucks, delivering packages of all shapes and sizes.
- Lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs with ease.
- Maintain an excellent driving record while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Work flexible shifts, typically 8 to 10 hours a day, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, but license type varies by state).
- The ability to pass a DOT physical.
- Outstanding customer service and driving skills.
- The legal right to work in the U.S.
- To comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.

Note: This is a seasonal position, but it’s a fantastic way to kickstart your career at UPS. Permanent, full-time delivery drivers can earn an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including healthcare benefits, paid vacation, and contributions to a pension plan.
