Electrical Estimator
South of Boston, MA
Up to $200,000 per year

We are a premier electrical contractor serving clients across New England and the Southeast, specializing in commercial, educational, municipal, medical, industrial, and high-tech projects. Ranked among the Top 50 Electrical Contractors by Engineering News-Record (October 2023), we are continuing to expand and are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Review bid documents and attend pre-bid meetings to assess project scope
- Perform detailed electrical takeoffs and accurate quantity estimates
- Prepare complete, competitive, and well-organized project estimates
- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with clients
- Apply construction expertise to identify risks, cost savings, and efficiencies
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in electrical estimating
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices
- Electrical field experience and/or electrical license strongly preferred
- Proficiency with estimating software (Bluebeam, ConEst, or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical mindset
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, self-motivated attitude
Education (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Nice to Have
- Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or similar credentials
- Experience with BIM software
- Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient electrical systems
Projects may include:
- Commercial; Large Scale Residential; High Rise Buildings
- Government Work
- Water Filtration Plant; Wastewater Treatment
- Airport Hanger
Compensation & Benefits
