About the Role
We are seeking self-driven professionals who are passionate about helping homeowners protect their most valuable investments. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying storm-damaged roofs, conducting detailed inspections, and guiding homeowners through the insurance claims process to ensure their roofs are replaced. This is a 1099 position, offering flexibility and unlimited earning potential for those who are ready to take charge of their future.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proactive and innovative individual who can inspire and motivate others while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Someone who is energetic, social, and possesses exceptional communication skills to effectively present products and services to potential customers.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years sales experience within this field.
  • A professional, presentable individual with strong interpersonal skills who can build trust with homeowners.
  • Physical fitness and comfort with climbing ladders and inspecting roofs for damage.
  • A reliable vehicle for traveling between neighborhoods.
  • Bilingual skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with assessing roof damage and assisting with on-the-spot insurance claims is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct neighborhood outreach to identify homes affected by storm damage. Door-to-door and canvassing.
  • Perform thorough roof inspections and educate homeowners about their options.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to present solutions and guide homeowners through the insurance claims process.
  • Negotiate effectively to close sales and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork efficiently to finalize the claims process.
  • What We Offer:

This is a results-driven role with significant earning potential, ranging from $85,000 to $120,000 per year. You will have the flexibility of working as an independent contractor while being part of a supportive team that values your success.
