<h3>Job Description</h3>
A hospital system in Southern New Hampshire is looking to hire an Executive Director of Total Rewards &amp; Talent Systems on a permanent basis. 
 
This is a key role on the HR leadership team for the hospital system as this person will oversee all strategy and execution for the Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS teams. 
 
<ul>
<li>This position will offer hybrid work flexibility but does require on-site work in Nashua, NH at least 3 days per week.</li>
</ul>
 
The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams in a hospital setting and will have deep experience in total rewards including benefits, compensation, retirement, and HRIS.
 
Requirements:

<li>Bachelor’s Degree</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Prior HR Management (including people management)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience working in healthcare/hospital setting</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Benefits Experience</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Compensation experience</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Retirement experience (403b, 401k, pensions, etc.)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>HRIS experience</li>
</ul>
