Now Hiring: Warehouse Data Entry Clerk – Part-Time
Location: South Burlington, VT
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4 flexible hours per day between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (20–30 hours/week), with a set daily schedule
Job Type: Part-Time
(PERFECT FOR BUS DRIVERS)

What You'll Be Doing

Process inbound and outbound loads and verify inventory accuracy

Perform data entry, update records in SharePoint, and process driver work tickets

Clean and sanitize durable medical equipment following quality and safety standards

Maintain accurate documentation and perform clerical duties such as filing and printing

Conduct quality assurance checks and report inventory levels

Assist with periodic inventory counts and minor equipment repairs

Identify and correct paperwork inconsistencies or errors

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
You’ll Succeed If You Have:

Prior warehouse and data entry experience
-
Strong computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
-
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude
-
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
-
Strong organizational and communication skills
-
A valid driver's license
-
Steel-toed shoes
