Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional for a full-time position in Waltham, Massachusetts. This role involves supporting students with special needs to achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing instructional plans and activities.

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.

• Monitor student behavior and progress, reporting to the lead teacher.

• Support students with personal care needs as required.

• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Completion of at least two years of post-secondary education (48 credit hours) or an associate degree.

• Passing score on the ParaPro Assessment or equivalent state-approved assessment.

• Minimum of one year of experience working with children in an educational setting.

• Ability to work collaboratively with educators and support staff.
