We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Managed Service Provider at First Choice Communication Services in Brattleboro VT. As a Managed Service Provider, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality IT services to our clients, ensuring that their systems are running efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities of the Managed Service Provider include:
- Monitoring client networks.
- Manage client firewalls, VPNs.
- Identify and resolve network issues, implement security measures, monitor and maintain backup systems and disaster recovery plans, and provide technical support to clients as needed.
- You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in IT support, with experience working in a Managed Service Provider environment.
- You should have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a dedication to delivering top-notch service to our clients.
- 5+ years of Systems Administration / MSP experience. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, Active Directory, and networking.
