Compensation: $86,000 + Annual Bonus Eligibility

The Opportunity

An intimate, brasserie-style dining concept located in a luxury hospitality setting is seeking an experienced and self-driven General Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead a small, high-performing front-of-house team in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a refined, park-facing venue known for its elevated New England cuisine with French influences and carefully curated cocktails.


The Role

You’ll oversee day-to-day lunch and dinner operations for a 50-seat restaurant, uphold high service standards, and play a key role in team training, financial oversight, and collaboration with culinary leadership. Our current GM is relocating internationally, and we’re looking for someone ready to step into a leadership role with confidence, warmth, and a strong hospitality mindset.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all front-of-house operations in a luxury dining environment
  • Lead and develop a small team with an emphasis on training and growth
  • Ensure service consistency and operational excellence
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary team
  • Monitor financial performance and labor management
  • Foster a positive and professional team culture


Ideal Candidate

  • Prior GM or AGM experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
  • Confident, hands-on leader with a self-starter mentality
  • Strong focus on learning, development, and staff engagement
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and drive financial performance
  • Values teamwork, guest relationships, and operational integrity
