About the Role
MWHis currently seeking a Project Engineer to support both preconstruction and construction efforts on critical water, wastewater, and advanced water treatment plant projects for both municipal and industrial clients (including advanced technology sector clients) based out of the Somerville, MA metropolitan area.
Essential Functions
Selected individuals will provide technical support to project management and project supervision staff to ensure construction work is performed efficiently, on schedule and in accordance with company policy and engineering standards.

<li>Assist with subcontractor procurement and management, package development, construction layout, material and equipment procurement, submittal review, manpower scheduling, quantity takeoffs, labor productivity reporting, document controls, material purchases, deliveries and inventory, and project controls.</li>

<li>Prepare and disseminate all required documentation records such as materials and equipment submittals, status reports, sketches of work already completed, material requirement calculations, to supervisor.</li>

<li>Research resolutions to drawing interpretation problems, conflicts, interferences, and errors. Initiate RFI’s and follow through to resolution.</li>
<li>Layout and provide necessary building control lines and elevations for accurate measurement and correct installation of materials.</li>
<li>Establish and implement office procedures as they relate to the administration of construction contracts.</li>
<li>Implement project controls for distribution and record keeping of correspondence, technical records, and other project documents.</li>

<li>Assist with review and analyze Contractor claims, prepare change orders, and manage claims and change order records.</li>

Basic Qualifications

Successful candidates must be proficient on most Gunstock terrain and surface conditions, with the world-class communication skills that our guests have come to expect.
You'll spend most of your time:

<li>Using the PSIA &amp; AASI Teaching Methodology, provide guests with a professional ski or snowboard learning environment that encourages skill development appropriate for the guests’ ability level.</li>
<li>Upon lesson assignment, meet and greet Snowsports guests in a timely and professional manner; ensure students are matched to appropriate skill level and work with supervisors/managers to make appropriate changes when necessary.</li>
<li>Assist students with transporting ski/ride equipment to learning terrain as needed; educate them on proper load/unload procedures for chairlifts and carpet lifts.</li>
<li>Maintain a strong working knowledge of all Snowsports programs offered by the Snowsports School and Children's Center, as well as general knowledge of Gunstock’s overall operation.</li>

Requirements:
Skiers
Intermediate to advanced skiing skills with ability to ski in a comfortable, open-stance parallel (hip-width stance) on all intermediate (Blue) and less challenging, groomed expert (Black) terrain. Ability to ski beginner bumps, while maintaining rhythm and speed control preferred but not required.
Snowboarders
Intermediate to advanced snowboarding skills with ability to ride confidently on all intermediate (Blue) terrain in variable conditions. Ability to ride more challenging terrain and bumps with carved turns preferred but not required.

The Residential Program Manager- Behavioral is responsible for all aspects of operation of a 24/7 behavioral staffed residence home. Ensuring that certification standards as well as agency policies and procedures are upheld throughout the delivery of services. Responsible for the management of service operations and staff supervision.
Qualifications:

Residential Program Manager - Behavioral

Job DescriptionNorth Suffolk is looking for Relief Workers to join our team! As a Relief Worker you will be responsible for the health, safety and quality of life of individuals living in our Substance Use Disorder Residential Programs. These programs are considered to be a High Intensity Residential Service. The program provides behavior modification treatment for individuals diagnosed with substance use disorder and co-occurring disorders. We provide medication assisted treatment for those individuals who meet the criteria and residents are treated for mental health disorders. This is a 24 hour a day program with 24 hour per day staffing. Programs located in East Boston and Chelsea.
 
The Relief Worker is a per diem position paying $20/hour. 
What you’ll do:
<ul>
<li>Ensure the health &amp; safety of the individuals at all times through a conscientious awareness of their activities &amp; assist as needed.</li>
<li>Assist in implementing, teaching, and assisting individuals with IAP goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Ensure proper administration and documentation of all medication.</li>
<li>Assist and approve weekly activity logs for each resident assigned.</li>
<li>Assist residents with benefits.</li>
<li>Assist and Support assigned residents on budgeting.</li>
<li>Participate in upkeep and maintenance of program.</li>
<li>Transport individuals in agency vehicle as needed.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s in a related field preferred.</li>
<li>Experience: Six months experience working with individuals with substance use disorders.</li>
<li>Skills: Mass Driver’s License required. Must have the ability to become medication, SFA and CPR certified within five months of hire (training provided)</li>
