Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in energy efficiency, retro-commissioning (RCx), or building systems engineering.</li>
<li>Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, refrigeration, thermal/fluid systems, and other commercial/industrial building systems.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience reviewing technical reports, calculations, and performing QA/QC of engineering deliverables.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear and actionable guidance for contractors, utility clients, and end customers.</li>

Compensation &amp; Benefits
