Tuesday and Thursday will be 8:30am- 7:30pm or 8pm.&nbsp; Prepares and files income tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with tax laws. Work with financial records, interview clients, and provide advice on tax planning to maximize returns and minimize liabilities.&nbsp; Duties and responsibilities

<li>Client interviews and information gathering:&nbsp;Meet with clients to collect and organize financial documents, such as W-2s, 1099s, income statements, and documentation of expenses.</li>
<li>Tax return preparation:&nbsp;Prepare and complete accurate federal, state, and local tax returns using specialized software. This involves computing taxes owed or overpaid, identifying eligible deductions and credits, and completing all required forms.</li>
<li>Tax law research and application:&nbsp;Consult tax codes, handbooks, and bulletins to determine correct procedures for complex or atypical returns.</li>
<li>Client communication:&nbsp;Explain tax preparation procedures and answer client questions about tax laws and their returns.</li>
<li>E-filing and processing:&nbsp;Handle the electronic filing process for tax returns and ensure timely submission to the IRS and state agencies.</li>
<li>Quality assurance:&nbsp;Double-check calculations and review all tax forms for accuracy and completeness.</li>
<li>Tax planning advice:&nbsp;Offer advice on future tax planning and tax strategies.</li>
<li>Customer service:&nbsp;Build and maintain client relationships and resolve client complaints or refer issues to a supervisor.</li>
<li>Administrative tasks:&nbsp;Perform administrative duties like scheduling appointments and managing client billing.&nbsp;</li>

Machine Operator Malden, MA $19 - $21 depending on experience Shifts: 3:45 pm - 1:45 am; 4:45pm - 2:45am; 5:45pm - 3:45am and rotate for 4 - days a week &nbsp;
POSITION SUMMARY:
Prepare for packaging runs. Learn the various changes required for each product and customer. Ensure proper product is packed according to customer specifications. Communicate equipment failures to Supervisor and/or Maintenance. Follow all safety procedures during operation.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
<ul>
<li>Set up equipment in preparation for run</li>
<li>Change equipment as needed for packaging switches during shift</li>
<li>Pack product in boxes, bags, trays, or other packaging methods according to customer specifications</li>
<li>Ensure product is at specified weight and length. Discard irregular pieces</li>
<li>Communicate problems to Supervisor</li>
<li>Ensure that proper amount of boxes or packaging materials are available for the runs</li>
<li>Ensure that product is free of foreign matter</li>
<li>Follow all GMP’s, safety, security and allergen policies</li>
<li>Complete other tasks and duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
COMPETENCIES:

<li>Processing: Operators must know their job and equipment. They must have appreciation for other related areas and how they affect production and product quality.</li>
<li>Equipment Adjustments: Operators must know the operation of their equipment (start-up, changeovers, minor adjustments, cleaning).</li>
<li>Bakeshop Calculations: Operators must understand math related to job performance and how it affects production costs.</li>
<li>Flour Specifications: Operators should be aware of flour variations and how specs are set by the baking company.</li>
<li>Product Evaluation: Operators must know product quality standards and be aware of performance against standards.</li>
<li>Production Trends: Operators don’t need to know new trends in baking, but must realize jobs may change due to them.</li>
<li>Standards of Identity: General knowledge required to instill pride in product produced.</li>
<li>Production Techniques: Know product line and machinery operation, and how it fits into total operation.</li>
<li>Physical Dough Testing – Crust/Crumb: Know enough to inform Supervisor if something is malfunctioning.</li>
<li>Technical Literature: Operators should use training and resources for better performance.</li>
<li>Equipment Operation: Follow correct safety, operation, and sanitation procedures for equipment.</li>
<li>Energy Consumption: Must ensure proper equipment operation and report changes affecting energy use.</li>
<li>Food Product Safety: Understand food safety principles in area of responsibility.</li>
<li>Other Competencies: Understand and observe safety/plant rules; participate in quality programs; maintain good attendance; follow directions explicitly; maintain a good attitude and be responsible for actions.</li>

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

<li>Experience in a commercial bread baking setting preferred, not required</li>
<li>Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred</li>
