Position Summary:
The Count Room Attendant will be responsible for the collection and count of games’ cash boxes from the gaming floor and the cash and ticker count conducted in the count room in accordance with company Internal Control Policies and Procedures as well as state regulations. 
Essential Responsibilities:

 Requirements

Job DescriptionJob Title: Representative-Welcome Center Position Summary: Available to open the branch at 4:45-11am. Delivers professional level service to all members, guests, and program participants. Responds to member and guests needs, promotes and sells memberships and programs. Maintains professional appearance of self, front desk and lobby areas. Essential Functions: Provides excellent customer service experience to members, guests, and program participants in person and on the phone. Monitors and responds to security issues at front desk and lobby access points. Interviews, provide tours, and sells memberships to prospective members, and promotes renewals to existing members. Maintains records and accounts of front desk membership and program sales. Builds relationships with members; assist members to connect with other members. Resolves membership concerns; informs supervisor of unusual situations or unresolved issues. Portuguese and Spanish speaking is a plus and encouraged to apply. Manage front desk cash receipts, records, and reconciliation of accounts daily. Schedule might include opening, closing, weekend shift; week to week schedule changes as required. Job Description
This position will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining service standards, and cleanliness of all associated areas including F&amp;B, Arcade, Activity Center, Movie Theatre, and all Outdoor Amenities. This individual will be responsible for the successful execution of all Food &amp; Beverage transactions, activities and events by consistently monitoring resort activity programs, special events and entertainment. This individual will work in multiple areas monitoring and providing exceptional customer service in the Arcade, Activity Center, Movie Theatre, and all Outdoor Amenities.

Pay: $13.60-$20.39 per hour.
Shift: The role will be mostly Saturday and Sunday. Working from 4-6 hours per shift. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS: 
<ul>
<li>Greets all guests and provides outstanding customer service. Executing all resort activities and events. Assisting guests in F&amp;B, Arcade, Activity Center, Movie Theatre, &amp; all Outdoor Amenities. Consistent cleaning of these areas including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, pick up trash, sanitizing, empty and re-bag trash bins.</li>
<li>Performs food handling, service duties, receiving deliveries, rotating stock, prepping food, setting up/breaking down the line, wash, rinse &amp; sanitize dishes. Assists guests with room and credit card transactions.</li>
<li>Enforcement of rules and regulations in all areas, including occupancy levels and full knowledge of 911 emergency procedures.</li>
<li>Performs other tasks as assigned by management team.</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience interacting with children and families</li>
<li>Experience in a theme park, parks and recreation, hospitality or resort environment are desired</li>
<li>Moderate decision-making is required under limited supervision.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills and cash handling experience. Use of POS system for inputting transactions.</li>
<li>Must be able to communicate basic resort information to owners and guests.</li>
