The Team Alloy’s In Vitro Pharmacology team collaborates with drug discovery partners to conduct in vitro studies on therapeutic candidates across diverse modalities. Our team delivers comprehensive functional screening and characterization of biologics to support discovery and selection of lead candidates. Primary modalities are monoclonal, multispecific, and TCR-mimic antibodies, but also include cell therapies and genetic medicines. As Alloy Tx enters its next phase of growth, we are expanding our capabilities to include mechanistic studies that enhance preclinical development and further advance our translational research efforts. The Role&nbsp; We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist for in vitro screening and pre-clinical development to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will support the execution of in vitro functional cell-based assays to evaluate the potency, mechanism of action, and pharmacological properties of biologic therapeutics. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a commitment to scientific excellence, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. You will report to the Head of In Vitro Pharmacology and will work collaboratively in a matrixed environment to drive biologics discovery while supporting rapid decision-making in a fast-moving biotech setting. How You’ll Drive Impact&nbsp;

<li>Execute: Support in vitro functional characterization of drug candidate molecules.</li>
<li>Develop: Bring a proactive mindset to optimize workflows for more efficient and effective data generation.</li>
<li>Deliver: Support screening campaigns to meet experimental timelines for monoclonal and multispecific antibodies, as well as TCR-mimic antibodies.</li>
<li>Collaborate: Work closely across multi-disciplinary teams in biologics discovery programs spanning all Alloy sites. Engage with an inclusive and collaborative work environment.</li>
<li>Communicate: Clearly convey scientific concepts, experimental results, and interpretations to internal and external stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>

 Principal Responsibilities&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Expand, bio-bank and characterize primary and immortalized cell lines to validate target expression and enable downstream assays.</li>
<li>Generate engineered cell lines using lentiviral, CRISPR or other techniques.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support day-to-day lab and experimental workflows, including cell line inventory maintenance.</li>
<li>Execute cell-based functional assays using high-throughput approaches in primary cells, immortalized reporter cell lines, and other disease-relevant cellular systems.</li>
<li>Process human leukopaks, isolate and characterize human PBMCs.</li>
<li>Present experimental data and findings during team meetings.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and successful execution of project activities according to plan.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory records in compliance with industry standards.</li>
<li>Maintain laboratory organization and ensure compliance with safety protocols.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications
<ul>
<li>PhD in Cell or Molecular Biology, or a related field, with 0-2 years (Scientist I) or 3-5 years (Scientist II) of relevant industry experience.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Direct experience with cell line engineering (CRISPR, lentiviral, etc) required.</li>
<li>Flow cytometry and fundamental cell and molecular biology techniques required.</li>
<li>Significant cell culture experience with primary and immortalized cell lines.</li>
<li>Experience handling human blood, leukopak processing, and PBMC isolations.</li>
<li>Hands on experience isolating and/or expanding primary immune cell subsets preferred.</li>
<li>Direct experience with high-throughput cell-based assays a plus.</li>
<li>Experience with live cell imaging (i.e. Incucyte) a plus.</li>
<li>Excellent organization, clear communication and teamwork abilities in a multidisciplinary setting.&nbsp;</li>

Pay Transparency At Alloy Therapeutics, we believe in fostering trust and open communication. For this role, the estimated annual base salary range is $130,000 - $145,000, with the final offer based on factors like your experience, skills, and alignment with our needs.

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented&nbsp;Metrologist Chemist&nbsp;to support laboratory operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role focuses on ensuring all lab instrumentation is properly validated, calibrated, and compliant with GMP standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in chemistry and hands-on experience with lab equipment and quality systems.
Key Responsibilities:
