Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including team management, operations, customer service, compliance, sales, safety, and security. 
Duties and Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the retail dispensary / store, including sales, inventory management, staffing, and customer service.</li>
<li>Monitor sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.</li>
<li>Hire, coach, develop, and lead a team of budtenders, inventory associates, assistant managers, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to provide excellent customer service.</li>
<li>Partner with Retail VP and/or Market GM to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales goals, including promotions, events, and product displays.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations governing the sale of cannabis products, including licensing requirements, age restrictions, and product labeling.</li>
<li>Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner</li>
<li>Stay informed about cannabis products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.</li>
<li>Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.</li>
<li>Administer routine audits to maintain the accurate inventory of all cannabis products.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage daily financial reporting requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and maintain and schedule of all dispensary staff including budtenders, inventory, supervisors, and managers.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>4+years’ retail store management experience.</li>
<li>Successful track record in achieving Sales, ADS, Customer Service, employee retention goals.</li>
</ul>
Education 
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High School Diploma or GED required
Experience

<li>4+ years Retail Management Experience</li>

Working conditions
<ul>
<li>Work is&nbsp;primarily&nbsp;performed in a dispensary setting. The working area may be odorous at times and loud due to fans and filtration systems, fluctuating between cold and warm temperatures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Involves frequent contact with staff,&nbsp;vendors&nbsp;and customers. Work may include dealing with law enforcement and occasional State inspectors.</li>
</ul>
Physical requirements
<ul>
<li>The person in this position frequently communicates with customers and/or caregivers regarding medical conditions and symptoms.&nbsp; Must be able to exchange accurate information about product offerings.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Frequently operates computer/POS system and other standard office equipment such as printers,&nbsp;phones&nbsp;and photocopy&nbsp;machines.&nbsp;</li>
<li>The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position when checking in customers or when operating the register.&nbsp;</li>

Follow and enforce college alcohol policy and the City of Worcester guidelines for serving alcohol. &nbsp;QUALIFICATIONSExperience in volume dining operations preferred.&nbsp; Demonstrates professional supervisory, customer service and communications skills.&nbsp; Certification in ServSafe (food safety/sanitation), TIPS (Alcohol Intervention Methods) and Food Allergy Awareness training required.
