The assistant general manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the store including scheduling, training, and supervising employees. They are responsible for the safety, sanitation and preparation of all food products to company standards. Position Responsibilities:
Store Operations:

Budgeting:

<li>Utilize Point of Sale system software to change product prices, add items to inventory and manage discounted items. </li>
<li>Ensure that the daily paperwork is complete and accurate and properly recorded.</li>
<li>Monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and drive offs daily.</li>
<li>Change gas prices as requested </li>
<li>Analyze reports to anticipate and navigate customer traffic and plan accordingly. </li>

Qualifications:

<li>3-5 years of experience in a Management role within a retail operation.</li>
<li>Maintain an Underground Storage Tank Operator A/B license as required by the State and designate a staff member to maintain Operator C.</li>
<li>Possess a forward-thinking positive attitude.</li>
