Position Overview: Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under ourADP Lifion/NextGen Service Line, specifically for Payroll Implementation Consultants. These Consultants will ensure successful deployments by architecting, configuring, and testing the NextGen/Lifion HCM/Payroll solution to meet the specific needs of our clients.
 Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide expertise and guidance to clients on Payroll "leading practices", the functionality of the Lifion application and associated processes throughout all phases of an implementation.</li>
<li>Lead on-site and remote design/discovery workshops/deep-dives to familiarize clients with Lifion cloud processes; develop an understanding of client current-state processes, gather configuration requirements and share Lifion best practice recommendations</li>
<li>Configure and test the Lifion application in collaboration with supporting implementation consultants for other HCM domains</li>
<li>Advice and influence client stakeholders in acceptance and adoption of Lifion payroll application processes and ADP solutions and services</li>
<li>Identify and recommend product enhancements to Lifion's Product organization required to meet specific client requirements</li>
<li>Work with the client and internal data migration resources (onshore &amp; offshore) to help inform and support the data conversion process from legacy HR systems</li>
<li>Help mentor new consultants and offshore counterparts</li>
<li>Partner with the Customer Success organization to help drive effective change management, training and adoption of Lifion application processes</li>
<li>Ensure the client is referenceable once the client is in production</li>
<li>Share product knowledge with other consultants and contribute to the continuous improvement of Lifion's implementation methodology&nbsp;</li>

Required Qualification(s):
<ul>
<li>2 to 5+ years&nbsp;experience with Implementing US payroll solutions, including regulatory reporting</li>
<li>Experience with payroll testing procedures and validation.</li>
<li>Expertise in how payroll processing impacts downstream systems (i.e. General Ledger and Payroll reporting).</li>
<li>Working knowledge of ADP Autopay, General Ledger, MR2000 preferred.&nbsp;</li>

Responsibilities

Position Summary: The Graphic Designer II will play a crucial role in driving the creative evolution of SIG SAUER. We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to support a F500 client in the Cambridge, MA area.
Location: Cambridge, MA
Pay Rate: ($70-$75/hr.) 
 
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration.  Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Manage and maintain the Cisco ISE environment.</li>
<li>Lead the transition from IPV4 to IPV6.</li>
<li>Design, implement, and manage complex network services.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.</li>
<li>Provide direct support for network operational issues to other departments.</li>
<li>Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade network infrastructure.</li>
<li>Collaborate with application owners and IT stakeholders to support a scalable, efficient, and stable network.</li>
<li>Research, plan, design, and implement network technologies using industry best practices.</li>
<li>Assist in developing network policies, procedures, and change management.</li>
<li>Work with the virtualization group to ensure interoperability between physical and virtual environments.</li>
</ul>
<li>Key Technical Skills:

<li>Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)</li>
<li>IPV4 to IPV6 transitioning</li>
<li>Palo Alto firewall</li>
<li>Cisco Firepower VPN</li>
<li>Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI)</li>
<li>Cisco Digital Network Architecture (DNAC)</li>
<li>IPV6, DHCP, DNS, VPN, MPLS, MTIPS</li>
<li>Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), routing, switching</li>
<li>Out-of-Band (OOB) networks</li>
<li>Cloud infrastructure and firewall management</li>
<li>CISCO CCIE certification</li>

<li>Participate in Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity planning and execution.</li>

 Experience Requirements:
﻿Experience: 
Must have a minimum of 10 years of related experience as a subject matter expert in architecting complex networks. Must have experience with Cisco, DHCP, DNS, VPN, MPLS, MTIPS, Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), routing, switching, and Out-of-Band (OOB) networks, cloud infrastructure, and firewall management. Must have IPV6 transition experience. Must be an expert in routing and switching. Must possess CCIE a certification.

The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
