The major duty of the Front Desk Coordinator is to operate the switchboard and greet clients at the front desk in the lobby of the Sagamore Office.
1. Switchboard - Receive, screen, and route all incoming phone calls. Coordinate phone service and equipment needs and problems with the Facilities Coordinator and/or the Chief Information Officer, and the appropriate phone service.
2. Scheduling - Maintain daily schedules for all Sagamore Office clinical staff and ensure that daily transaction forms are initiated from the master schedule. Responsible for greeting clients and collecting payments as they arrive for their appointments.
3. Payments and Information Verification - Responsible for verifying, and updating as necessary, address and payer information for each client at time of check-in and collecting any payment due on each client’s account. Payments are to be posted to the appropriate account on the Lavender &amp; Wyatt Human Services software. 
4. Coverage - Responsible for ensuring that the front desk is adequately covered at all times. Responsible for training back-up staff and scheduling back-up staff as necessary.
5. Crisis Calls - Must be able to assess crisis calls, both via the phone and on a walk-in basis, must refer to the "on-call" ACT clinician appropriately. In addition, the front desk must always know who is "on-call", and must relay that information to the answering service when necessary.
6. Opening &amp; Closing - The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for opening the Sagamore Office for business in the morning, and for ensuring that the entire building is closed properly in the evenings. This includes locking all outside entryways, turning off lights, and putting the switchboard on "call-forwarding" to the answering service.
7. Evening Reception - The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for hiring and providing adequate supervision and training for the evening receptionist who must work independently.
 A minimum of two years related experience required.

We are seeking a professional and caring ABA Clinical Supervisor to join our growing Massachusetts team! The ABA Program Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for carrying a small caseload and also providing training and supervision to staff within the ABA program across the state. As a clinician, the clinical supervisor will be responsible for the completion of behavioral assessments, development of treatment plans, provision of family consultations and trainings, supervision of behavior technicians, and direct treatment with a focus on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction. As a supervisor, the clinical supervisor will be responsible for providing ongoing supervision to staff in the ABA program, be available to answer clinical and procedural questions, and also provide supervision to staff within NFS who are pursuing the BCBA credential.

The IT Specialist is part of the Maloney Properties’ help desk team that provides support to nearly 100 locations. This position provides software and hardware-related support to end-users and endpoint devices like Windows laptops, Apple iPhones, and Microsoft 365 Office products. This position also supports endpoint security products like anti-virus, mobile device management, and remote support applications. This position is hybrid and requires travel, when necessary, to our Central Office (2-3 days a week) in Wellesley, MA where devices are setup, repaired, and retired. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. 
Your Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve incoming help requests from end users in a courteous manner. Resolution may require that issues be escalated or delegated to consultants or other members of the IT department.</li>
<li>Manage the Helpdesk queue and ensure that all tickets are addressed in a timely manner. Follow-up on tickets that have been escalated or delegated to ensure they have been resolved.</li>
<li>Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue. Record, track, and document the problem-solving process and actions taken through to final resolution.</li>
<li>Notify the IT Department and end users of major system issues in a timely manner, including system down and cyber security incidents.</li>

What You’ll Do: Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include: 
<ul>
<li>Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills.</li>
<li>Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.</li>
<li>Administer/supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care.</li>
<li>Transport residents to appointments and community activities.</li>
<li>Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation.</li>

What You Bring:

The ISO Home Based Clinician reports to the clinical supervisor and serves as a primary therapist and contact for all in-home clients assigned. The ISO Clinician utilizes evidence-based treatment methodologies and ensures the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for clients on their caseload. 
Positions are available NOW throughout New Hampshire! Responsibilities include:

Maintains assigned caseload and ensures the proper implementation of in-home services in accordance with referrals made by DCYF.

Works collaboratively with DCYF to respond to referral requests, create treatment plans, participate in treatment meetings, and provide regular clinical documentation.

Develops treatment plans with measurable and attainable goals in collaboration with families and DCYF.

Adheres to all documentation requirements of service delivery including assessment writing and report writing.

Participates in reporting progress to the court system through in person appearances and written reporting as requested.

Provides therapeutic intervention to children, adults, and families as assigned in home and community-based settings.

Provides parent education and supervised visitation to children, adults, and families in home and community-based settings.

Serves as clinical lead on cases when multiple providers are assigned.

Interfaces with DCYF, the NH court system, schools, behavioral health providers, and any other involved members of the treatment team as necessary to provide quality service delivery.

On-call rotation: responsible for responding to phone to provide support to families as utilized. 
</li>
<li>
Early evening availability required for working hours. Most visits to clients are in the afternoon or early evenings. Must have flexible availability to work due to this. Schedule/hours are subject to our clients needs.

<ul>
<li>
Successfully assesses client risk on an ongoing basis and consult with clinical supervisor regarding any safety concerns. 
</li>
</ul>

<li>
Transportation of clients, including children and adults, requiring car seat and booster seat installation.

Ability to successfully document all clinical contacts and documentation through Electronic Health System. 
</li>
</ul>

Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>
Master’s Degree with a major in social work, counseling, psychology or related human services field valid under NH state guidelines. 
</li>

Two years minimum clinical experience working with children, adolescents, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred 
</li>
</ul>
OR 
<ul>
<li>
Bachelor’s Degree with a major in social work, counseling, psychology or related human services field valid under NH state guidelines.

<li>
Five years minimum clinical experience working with children, adolescents, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred 
</li>
</ul>
AND

Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle; proof of insurance is required
