Adhere to all Codman Academy policies and procedures.

Manage and submit all required paperwork for participation, including team rosters and health records.

Meet all deadlines set by Codman Academy Athletics for scheduling and participation requirements.

Coordinate game schedules, transportation logistics, and necessary equipment for practices and games.
</li>
<li>
Attend all required pre-season and post-season meetings organized by the Athletics Department.

Equipment &amp; Safety
<ul>
<li>
Maintain and inventory soccer equipment and uniforms.
</li>
<li>
Ensure a safe and respectful practice and game environment for all students.
</li>
<li>
Monitor student well-being and development, communicating any concerns to school administrators.
</li>

QualificationsRequired

Demonstrated knowledge of soccer fundamentals and experience working with young children.
</li>
<li>
Strong communication and leadership skills.
</li>
<li>
Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff.
</li>
<li>
Commitment to fostering a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment.
</li>
</ul>
Preferred
<ul>
<li>
Previous coaching experience in early childhood or elementary school sports.
</li>
<li>
Experience in youth development and positive coaching techniques.
</li>
<li>
CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
</li>
