What You’ll Do
As a coach at Veritas Prep you’ll help continue to build a strong sports program, developing student athletes in the areas of knowledge, physical skill, teamwork, leadership, and social and emotional growth. 
You’ll also:

<li>Help student athletes develop positive attitudes while promoting and teaching fair play and good sportsmanship, leadership, and teamwork.</li>
<li>Develop a thorough knowledge of all the athletic policies approved by Veritas Prep High School, including state and league regulations.</li>
<li>Attend public/staff/departmental meetings when required.</li>
<li>Maintain discipline and work to increase morale and cooperation within the school sports program.</li>
<li>Assist in the necessary preparation to hold scheduled sport events or practices and adhere to scheduled facility times. </li>
<li>Coordinate with maintenance and school employees and provide proper safeguards for maintenance and protection of assigned equipment and sites.</li>
<li>Monitor student athletes' grades and conduct.</li>
<li>Be present at all practices and games, and while traveling, provide assistance and guidance to and safeguards for each participant. </li>
<li>Complete and submit paperwork on all disabling athletic injuries on proper forms </li>
<li>Direct student managers and statisticians on respective teams. </li>
<li>Determine discipline and delineate procedures concerning due process when the enforcement of discipline is necessary.</li>
<li>Monitor use and return of equipment, submitting an annual inventory</li>
<li>Submit team records to Athletic Director, including awards lists, all signature forms, and all scores of each competition, including post-season play. </li>
<li>Arrive early enough before practice, contests, and meetings to adequately prepare and remain long enough afterward to help players with problems or to become involved in staff discussions. </li>
<li>Plan and implement in-season and out-of-season conditioning and weight programs. </li>
<li>Perform such other duties that are consistent with the nature of the position and that may be requested by the Principal/Athletic Director.</li>

Fitness Coach:
As an OTF Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering scientifically predesigned workouts for up to 36 members per session. This position requires a strong ability to coach and manage time, motivating multiple clients in a group setting, and produce a high-energy and positive experience for our members. An OTF Coach must focus on a well-rounded theory of fitness, including endurance, strength, and power, using the tools given to optimize the member’s experience and results.
Fitness Coaches are leaders of the Orangetheory workouts. This requires them to be on their feet leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout. In the weight room, coaches must demonstrate all exercises for members which can involve but is not limited to: Bosu balls, medicine balls, dumbbells, TRX, or other fitness equipment.
 
About Orangetheory Fitness:
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. Job Description 
As an Equinox Pilates Instructor, your career becomes an empowered lifestyle founded on maximizing both your personal and client potential. Under the guidance of a dedicated Pilates manager, you will develop and refine an approach to programming, education, and business development that ensures your Pilates Instructor career is as unlimited as your passion. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM:
<ul>
<li>Develop a safe, professional, comprehensive Pilates training program for each client to ensure they attain their goals and remain motivated to continue progress</li>
<li>Conduct initial client’s complimentary assessment and goal setting to be able to recommend a Pilates training program</li>
<li>Instruct both private, duet sessions, and semi-private sessions</li>
<li>Work with Pilates Manager to build your book of business through our member base and ensure your success</li>
<li>Complete all administrative requirements associated with client management</li>
<li>Collaborate w/other departments in the club to ensure members have a well-rounded experience</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service to all Equinox members and guests</li>
<li>Strive to have consistent &amp; frequent client activity to help them achieve results + goals</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing training and development</li>
<li>Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness</li>
<li>Build your business with the flexibility of working 10-40 hours</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Test out and completion from a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or completion of certification on all Pilates apparatus including mat, reformer, cadillac/trapeze, wunda chair, high or combo chair, and barrels&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>A minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education must be completed through&nbsp;a Pilates certification program&nbsp;</li>
<li>Applicants must be able to provide a valid copy of their Pilates certification(s)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service skills</li>
</ul>
Essential Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Standing, sitting, and walking</li>
<li>Squatting, bending, and reaching</li>
<li>Pushing, pulling, ability to safely spot and correct clients during session</li>
</ul>
