The Overnight House Manager will play a crucial role in assisting women recovering from substance use disorders and/or mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will provide guidance, encouragement, and practical support. This is not a paid position. Compensation is in the form of room and board; a free studio. Responsibilities

<li>Intervene during crises or emergencies to provide immediate support and facilitate appropriate interventions.</li>
